Data-Informed Evidence-Based Teaching (HIT 1001)


Description
This course aims to support teachers and leaders to:

> Leverage assessment data to enhance differentiated instruction

> Understand how to compose and use evidence-informed developmental rubrics

> Learn how to analyse Guttman charts to differentiate teaching and learning

> Differentiate learning activities by targeting teaching at each student's Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD).

Please also note that you have access to this course for 30 days. Please ensure you have enough time within that 30 day period to complete the course. It should take about 5 hours.

Completing Data-Driven Evidence-Based Teaching will contribute 5 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing 5.1.2,5.2.2,5.4.2 and 6.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

Completing Data-Informed Evidence-Based Teaching will contribute 5 hours of CPD addressing 5.1, 5.2, 5.4 and 6.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in Queensland.
